	2009 was the 11th year we were asked to manage this contract. An AGM at the O2 Arena, followed by a Gala Dinner at The Grosvenor House Hotel for 1200 guests Delegates choosing to arrive in their own cars had a meet and greet service with luggage drop and parking in Central London, afterwards being transferred to O2 by Executive Class Coaches. Those arriving at any of the London Airports were met on arrival and transferred by Executive Coaches or saloon cars either to overnight hotels on the evening preceding the event or directly to the venue on the day. The majority of delegates arrived on the day of the event at each of the six main London railway stations where they were escorted to Executive Class coaches operating a shuttle service to the O2. For those staying in hotels Executive Coaches also ran a shuttle Service to the O2. At the Conference end Executive Coaches were used to transfer back to Hotels, Car Parks, Airports and London train stations. For the Gala Dinner guests were transferred from and returned to their hotels on a series of shuttle coaches. The event transport was all under the direction of our onsite management team. CLIENT QUOTE – Destinations once again did a fantastic job. I will be in contact soon for next year. A major Blue Chip company arranged for 200 top executives to attend an overseas event. With delegates situated all over the UK, we provided individual executive class cars to transfer from home addresses to airports for flights. Individual return flights were 2, 3 or 4 days later; delegates were met at arrival airports by an assigned driver and returned to their home address. For security purposes we logged each delegates name and address, car reservation and notification of each individual driver’s details for both transfers. A full logistics service ensured drivers were in position and any changes were properly managed. CLIENT QUOTE – The service was excellent.
